Clarity

The new year inspired this particular piece. New years is a time of reflection regarding what has been left behind and resolutions of what is to come ahead. So as I started writing, the phrase "like so many grains of sand swept out to sea" made me think of sand castles. So I started building the rest of the piece around memories and castles.
