I was attempting to write a piece I had entitled, "In the Shadow of the Cross" but somewhere in the middle this alternate took on a life of its own. The Shadow still remain unfinished, but I like the result of Oasis. And if there is any doubt, Jesus is the living waters and our oasis when we thirst.
