Alzheimer's is a thief. It robs us of our loved ones as they stand before us. It steals from us the memories we should be making. It takes the bonds that should be forged between our parents and our children. And we stand powerless; waiting for those dwindling moments when we are known, those treasured moments we steal back from the unseen adversary.
