Having gotten engaged in a world of fairy tales (Disney World), our wedding truly was a stepping stone (with a Disney theme) to happily ever after. But beyond the bride and groom (and selected guests), the world gives little thought to the importance of someone else's wedding. Think of it, a day when we promise to love and cherish another for the rest of our lives. It really should be realized for the momentous occasion it is. Or maybe we should just enjoy it as the private gift it is.
